We led a visual rebrand for Futurestay as part of a broader effort to position the platform for the emerging DIY “rental-preneur.” The work included a redesigned logo and visual identity, establishing direction across marketing and product touch-points. To reflect the hands-on nature of this audience—often scaling from a single rental property to multiple listings—We created an origami-inspired house symbol that captures both the DIY spirit of the brand and its roots in real estate. The mark also subtly echoes a bookmark shape, reinforcing Futurestay as a web-based SaaS platform. A fresh aqua mint paired with burnt orange accents balances themes of modern finance with the bold ambition of the rental-preneur audience, while clean typography and generous white space reinforce the platform’s simplicity and ease of use.
